Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Alegra, Confluence, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Alegra and Confluence integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Alegra and Confluence (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Alegra and Confluence
Alegra + Confluence + Slack: When a new contact is created in Alegra, a corresponding page is automatically created in Confluence to store relevant information. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the new client page.
Confluence + Alegra + Google Sheets: This workflow retrieves data from a Confluence page. It then updates financial data in Alegra and documents invoice overviews into Google Sheets. This ensures that financial data is accurately reflected in both Alegra and Google Sheets, based on the Confluence data.
