Most powerful ways to connect Alegra and Google tasks
Alegra + Google Tasks + Slack: When a new sales invoice is created in Alegra, a task is created in Google Tasks to follow up on the invoice. A notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the accounting team about the new invoice and the created task.
Google Tasks + Alegra + Google Sheets: When a task is completed in Google Tasks, the automation records the completion date along with relevant invoice details from Alegra (obtained by finding the invoice based on a shared identifier in the task's description) into a Google Sheet.
