Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Alegra, Mailhook, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Alegra and Mailhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Alegra and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Alegra and Mailhook
Alegra + Mailhook + Slack: When a new sales invoice is created in Alegra, Mailhook triggers and sends the invoice data to Slack as a formatted message to a specified channel.
Mailhook + Alegra + Google Sheets: When a new email is received via Mailhook, extract the email address, verify if the contact exists in Alegra. If the contact doesn't exist, create a new contact in Alegra and then add the contact information to a Google Sheet.
