Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Alegra, PDFMonkey, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Alegra and PDFMonkey integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Alegra and PDFMonkey (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Alegra and PDFMonkey
Alegra + PDFMonkey + Google Drive: When a new event occurs in Alegra (e.g., new invoice created), PDFMonkey generates a document from it. This document is then automatically uploaded to a specified folder in Google Drive for record-keeping.
PDFMonkey + Alegra + Slack: When a new document is generated in PDFMonkey, triggered by an event in Alegra such as creating a sales invoice, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the accounting team.
