Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Amazon Redshift, Glide, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Amazon Redshift and Glide integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Amazon Redshift and Glide (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Amazon Redshift and Glide

Amazon Redshift + Glide + Slack: When new customer data is added to Amazon Redshift, the flow checks if it meets specific criteria using a query. If the criteria are met, the relevant information is sent to a specified Glide table and a notification is sent to a Slack channel to alert the sales team.

Glide + Amazon Redshift + Google Sheets: This flow captures Glide app usage data when new rows are added/edited. This data is then inserted into an Amazon Redshift database for long-term storage and analysis. Summary reports are generated in Google Sheets based on the data in Redshift.
