Create a New Scenario to Connect Amazon Redshift and PDFMonkey
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.

Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Amazon Redshift, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). Configure the Amazon Redshift
Click on the Amazon Redshift node to configure it. You can modify the Amazon Redshift URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the PDFMonkey Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Amazon Redshift node, select PDFMonkey from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within PDFMonkey.

Now, click the PDFMonkey node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your PDFMonkey settings. Authentication allows you to use PDFMonkey through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Amazon Redshift, PDFMonkey, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Amazon Redshift and PDFMonkey integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Amazon Redshift and PDFMonkey (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Amazon Redshift + PDFMonkey + Slack: When new rows are added to Amazon Redshift, a PDF document is generated using PDFMonkey based on the data. A message is then sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the newly generated report and including a link to the PDF.
PDFMonkey + Amazon Redshift + Google Sheets: When a document is generated in PDFMonkey, the statistics are saved to Amazon Redshift. Subsequently, the data in Redshift is summarized and added to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
