Create a New Scenario to Connect Amazon Redshift and TidyCal
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Amazon Redshift, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Amazon Redshift or TidyCal will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Amazon Redshift or TidyCal, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Amazon Redshift node from the app selection panel on the right.

Configure the Amazon Redshift
Click on the Amazon Redshift node to configure it. You can modify the Amazon Redshift URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the TidyCal Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Amazon Redshift node, select TidyCal from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within TidyCal.

Authenticate TidyCal
Now, click the TidyCal node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your TidyCal settings. Authentication allows you to use TidyCal through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Amazon Redshift, TidyCal, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Amazon Redshift and TidyCal integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Amazon Redshift and TidyCal (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Amazon Redshift + TidyCal + Slack: When new rows are added to Amazon Redshift, indicating new data insights, create a booking in TidyCal. Then, send a message to a Slack channel to notify the team about the booking.
TidyCal + Amazon Redshift + Google Sheets: When a new booking is created in TidyCal, insert the booking details into Amazon Redshift. Then, update a Google Sheet with the new booking information for reporting.
