Create a New Scenario to Connect Amazon S3 and Businessmap
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Amazon S3, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Amazon S3 or Businessmap will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Amazon S3 or Businessmap, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Click on the Amazon S3 node to configure it. You can modify the Amazon S3 URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Businessmap Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Amazon S3 node, select Businessmap from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Businessmap.

Authenticate Businessmap
Now, click the Businessmap node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Businessmap settings. Authentication allows you to use Businessmap through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Amazon S3, Businessmap, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Amazon S3 and Businessmap integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Amazon S3 and Businessmap (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Businessmap + Amazon S3 + Google Drive: When a card in Businessmap is moved to the 'Completed' column (or any column designating completion), this triggers the archiving of relevant files from a specified Amazon S3 bucket to a designated folder in Google Drive.
