Most powerful ways to connect Amazon SES and AI Agent
Amazon SES + AI Agent + Slack: When a new email is received (hypothetically through a forward to a verified SES identity), the AI Agent analyzes its sentiment. If the sentiment is negative, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert customer support.
Amazon SES + AI Agent + Google Sheets: Upon receiving an email (via forwarding to a verified SES identity), the AI Agent summarizes the customer feedback contained within the email. This summary is then logged into a Google Sheet. This information is recorded on the sheets for analysis.
