After configuring Amazon SES, Atera, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Amazon SES and Atera integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Amazon SES and Atera (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Amazon SES + Atera + Slack: When Amazon SES receives an email indicating a critical system alert, a new helpdesk ticket is created in Atera. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the IT team about the alert.
Atera + Amazon SES + Google Sheets: When a ticket is updated in Atera (e.g., closed), the resolution time is recorded in a Google Sheet. Amazon SES then sends a weekly email report summarizing the ticket resolution times from the Google Sheet.
