Depending on your setup, data should flow between Amazon SES and Trainerize (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Amazon SES and Trainerize

Amazon SES + Google Sheets + Trainerize: When a new verified identity is added to Amazon SES, its details are recorded in a Google Sheet. This information can then be used within Trainerize for client management and communication.

Amazon SES + Twilio + Trainerize: Monitors Amazon SES, and when an email is not opened (simulated by no new activity related to a specific identity), sends an SMS reminder via Twilio to the client associated with that email address in Trainerize, encouraging them to engage with workout plans. (This requires some form of external tracking to determine if an email was opened; this is simulated by a lack of activity.)
