Depending on your setup, data should flow between Amazon SNS and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Amazon SNS and Userback
Userback + Amazon SNS + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, a message is sent to an Amazon SNS topic. Slack subscribes to this topic and sends a message to a specified channel, alerting the team for immediate review.
Amazon SNS + Userback + Email: Amazon SNS triggers when a message is sent to a topic, Userback retrieves the feedback mentioned in the SNS message, and Email sends a summary of that feedback to specified stakeholders via email for weekly reports.
