Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Apify, Atera, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Apify and Atera integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Apify and Atera (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Apify and Atera
Apify + Atera + Slack: When an Apify Actor run finishes and indicates a website outage, a new contact is created in Atera (if one doesn't exist) and a Slack message is sent to the IT support channel to notify them of the potential issue and the new contact.
Atera + Apify + Email: When a new or updated customer is registered in Atera, Apify scrapes a specific URL to check website status. The scrape result, along with the Atera customer details, is then sent via email to a designated recipient for review.
