Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Apify and Businessmap integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Apify and Businessmap (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Apify and Businessmap
Apify + Businessmap + Slack: When an Apify task finishes running, this automation updates a corresponding card in Businessmap to reflect the completion. A Slack message is then sent to notify the team about the updated Businessmap card.
Businessmap + Apify + Google Sheets: When a card event occurs in Businessmap (e.g., card moved to 'In Progress'), the automation triggers an Apify actor to scrape relevant competitor data. This data is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for analysis.
