Depending on your setup, data should flow between Apify and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Apify and CloudTalk
CloudTalk + Apify + Google Sheets: When a new call ends in CloudTalk, Apify scrapes data based on the caller's information (e.g., website lookup). This scraped data, along with call details, is then added as a new row in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis of call outcomes.
CloudTalk + Apify + Salesforce: When a new call occurs in CloudTalk, Apify enriches the caller's information using a predefined actor or task. The enriched data is then used to update the corresponding lead in Salesforce, providing sales representatives with more comprehensive prospect information.
