How to connect Apify and Jibble
Create a New Scenario to Connect Apify and Jibble
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Apify, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Apify or Jibble will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Apify or Jibble, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Apify, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Apify and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Apify and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Apify and Jibble
Apify + Jibble + Slack: When an Apify actor or task finishes running, indicating a website change was detected, a Jibble time entry is automatically created to track time spent investigating the change. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to alert the team.
Jibble + Apify + Google Sheets: When an employee clocks in or out via Jibble, Apify scrapes data from a specified website to assess their performance based on predefined criteria. The scraped data and the time entry information are then recorded in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
