Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Apify, Moco, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Apify and Moco integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Apify and Moco (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Apify and Moco
Apify + Moco + Slack: When an Apify task finishes running and finds new leads, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel, alerting project managers to the new leads. Simultaneously, a new lead is created in Moco to track the interaction.
Moco + Apify + Google Sheets: This automation logs Moco project events and Apify data extraction results into Google Sheets. When a Moco event occurs, Apify scrapes a single URL to gather related data, and then both datasets are added to a Google Sheet for weekly performance reporting.
