Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Apollo, Cloudinary, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Apollo and Cloudinary integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Apollo and Cloudinary (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Apollo and Cloudinary
Apollo + Cloudinary + Airtable: When a new contact is created in Apollo, their profile picture is uploaded to Cloudinary. The Cloudinary URL is then stored in Airtable, linking the contact to their hosted image.
Cloudinary + Apollo + Google Sheets: When a new image is uploaded to Cloudinary, the automation checks if the image is tagged with a company name found in Apollo. If a matching company is found, the image URL and company information are logged in a Google Sheet.
