Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Apollo, Glide, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Apollo and Glide integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Apollo and Glide (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Apollo and Glide

Apollo + Glide + Slack: When a new contact is created in Apollo, a new row is added to a Glide table. A Slack message is then sent to a specified channel to notify the sales team about the new contact.

Glide + Apollo + Airtable: When a new row is added to a Glide table, the automation searches for contact details in Apollo based on the submitted data. If a matching contact is found, the information is used to update an existing record in Airtable; otherwise, a new record is created with the Glide data enriched by Apollo.
