Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Apollo, TimeCamp, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Apollo and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Apollo and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Apollo and TimeCamp

Apollo + TimeCamp + Google Sheets: When a new contact is created in Apollo, a corresponding time entry is created in TimeCamp. The time entry details are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting and tracking purposes.

TimeCamp + Apollo + Slack: When a new time entry is created in TimeCamp, the flow checks if time exceeds a predefined limit. If the limit is exceeded, the flow searches for the corresponding user in Apollo and sends a Slack alert to the user and a designated Slack channel.
