Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and Bitly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Bitly

Atera + Bitly + Slack: When a new or updated ticket is created in Atera, the workflow shortens the ticket link using Bitly and sends a message with the shortened link to a specified Slack channel.

Bitly + Atera + Google Sheets: When a Bitly link associated with an Atera ticket is accessed, the workflow retrieves the Bitlink data and logs the click event details, such as the number of clicks, into a Google Sheets spreadsheet for performance tracking.
