Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Atera, Cloze, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Atera and Cloze integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and Cloze (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Cloze

Atera + Cloze + Slack: When a new or updated customer is registered in Atera, a contact is created or updated in Cloze. Then, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel notifying the account manager about the new customer and contact details.

Cloze + Atera + Google Sheets: When a person is changed in Cloze, a communication record is added and client data from Atera is retrieved. This information is then logged to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes, providing a comprehensive view of client interactions and Atera data.
