Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Atera, Creatomate, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Atera and Creatomate integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and Creatomate (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Creatomate

Atera + Creatomate + Slack: When a new or updated customer ticket is created in Atera, it triggers a video rendering in Creatomate using a specified template. Once the video is rendered, a message containing the video link is sent to a designated Slack channel.

Creatomate + Atera + Google Sheets: When Creatomate finishes rendering a video (New Render event), the render's information is added as a new row in a Google Sheet. Subsequently, a specified asset in Atera is updated with the render's details, such as the completion status and the video URL.
