Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Atera, CryptoPro, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Atera and CryptoPro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and CryptoPro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Atera and CryptoPro

Atera + Slack: When Atera detects a new or updated customer, a notification message is sent to a specified Slack channel to inform the IT team about potential security vulnerabilities or necessary CryptoPro encryption updates. Since there is no direct CryptoPro integration, the notification serves as a manual trigger.

CryptoPro + Atera + Google Sheets: When a CryptoPro license is activated (hypothetically triggered manually or via another system and represented here by new row in Google Sheets), this flow gets Atera asset details and log license activation and asset information in a Google Sheet, to track software compliance. Since there's no CryptoPro trigger, we start with Google Sheets.
