Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Atera, Fomo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Atera and Fomo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and Fomo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Fomo
Atera + Fomo + Slack: When a new or updated contact is added to Atera, a corresponding event is created in Fomo, and a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team of the high-priority contact.
Fomo + Atera + Email: This automation lists events in Fomo and then compiles a summary of events. This summary is then sent daily via email, containing a report of Atera tickets, based on Fomo feedback.
