Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Atera, Klaviyo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Atera and Klaviyo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and Klaviyo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Klaviyo
Atera + Klaviyo + Slack: When a new or updated customer is registered in Atera, the system retrieves contact details and sends an SMS via Klaviyo to the assigned technicians. Simultaneously, a message is posted to a dedicated Slack channel to inform the team about the high-priority ticket.
Klaviyo + Atera + Jira: This automation retrieves Klaviyo campaign performance metrics. If the metrics indicate low engagement (below a threshold), a Jira ticket is created in Atera for investigation.
