Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Atera, Linear, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Atera and Linear integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and Linear (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Linear

Atera + Linear + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Atera, a corresponding issue is created in Linear. The relevant team is then notified in Slack about the new Linear issue.

Linear + Atera + Google Sheets: This workflow tracks Linear issue resolution times and corresponding Atera ticket resolution times in a Google Sheet for performance analysis. When an issue is updated in Linear, the Atera ticket is updated, and resolution times are tracked on a Google Sheet.
