Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Atera and pdfFiller integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and pdfFiller (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Atera and pdfFiller

Atera + pdfFiller + Slack: When a ticket is closed in Atera, a completion report is generated in pdfFiller using a predefined template. A direct Slack message is then sent to the customer, notifying them of the ticket closure and potentially including a link to the completion report.

pdfFiller + Atera + Google Sheets: When a new filled form is received in pdfFiller, the document is downloaded and information about the contract is added as a new row in Google Sheets. The Google Sheet record is then linked to the corresponding customer record in Atera by updating the customer's information with a link to the spreadsheet.
