Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Atera, Podio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Atera and Podio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and Podio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Podio

Atera + Podio + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Atera, a project is created in Podio, and a notification is sent to a Slack channel.

Podio + Atera + Google Sheets: When a Podio item is updated, log the time spent on it via Atera, and then update a Google Sheet with the project details and time log.
