Most powerful ways to connect Atera and QuickBooks
Atera + QuickBooks + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Atera, the automation checks the associated customer in QuickBooks. If an overdue invoice exists, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert the finance team about potential payment issues.
QuickBooks + Atera + Google Sheets: This flow retrieves invoices from QuickBooks and customer data from Atera. It then aggregates billing data, linking it to each Atera customer, and updates a Google Sheet to track profitability and service costs associated with each customer.
