Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Square
Square + Slack + Atera: When a new paid order is processed in Square, a notification is sent to a Slack channel. This Slack notification helps the IT support team track sales and then create a new contact in Atera linked to the transaction for asset assignment.
Square + Google Sheets + Atera: Whenever a new event occurs in Square (e.g., a transaction), the details are logged in a Google Sheet. Additionally, if a customer is created via the Square transaction, a corresponding contact is created in Atera for support tracking, enabling revenue vs. support cost analysis.
