Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Ticket Tailor
Atera + Ticket Tailor + Slack: When a ticket is resolved in Atera (there is no direct trigger for 'resolved', so we use 'New or Updated Contact' as a proxy and assume a contact update signifies resolution), find the customer's email in Atera, then send them a discount code for a future event via a Slack direct message. The support team will be notified about the discount code being sent via a Slack channel message.
Ticket Tailor + Atera + Google Sheets: When a new attendee registers in Ticket Tailor, create a contact in Atera if one doesn't already exist. Then log the attendee's information in a Google Sheet for attendance tracking and analysis.
