Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Atera and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Userback

Userback + Atera + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, a ticket is automatically created in Atera. Then, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the tech team about the new ticket.

Userback + Atera + Google Sheets: When new feedback is created in Userback, a corresponding ticket is created in Atera. The details of both the Userback feedback and the Atera ticket are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
