Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Avaza, Caption AI, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Avaza and Caption AI integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Avaza and Caption AI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Avaza and Caption AI
Avaza + Caption AI + Slack: When a new event is created in Avaza, a video generation request is submitted to Caption AI. Once the video is generated, its status is checked and a summary is sent to a dedicated Slack channel.
Google Calendar + Caption AI + Avaza: When a new event is created in Google Calendar, a video translation request is submitted to Caption AI. Upon completion, a new task is created in Avaza, linking to the meeting transcript. A task is automatically created and linked to the meeting transcript.
