Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Avaza, Soax, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Avaza and Soax integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Avaza and Soax (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Avaza and Soax

Avaza + Soax + Slack: When a new event occurs in Avaza, the automation uses Soax to perform a Google search related to the event. If the search results indicate budget limits are reached, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify project managers.

Soax + Avaza + Google Sheets: This automation logs Soax proxy usage data and corresponding Avaza project time tracking information into a Google Sheet. Soax proxy data is fetched, then Avaza project time is retrieved, and finally, the combined data is added as a new row in Google Sheets for cost analysis.
