Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Avaza, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Avaza and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Avaza and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Avaza and TickTick
Avaza + TickTick + Slack: When a project is completed in Avaza, a task is created in TickTick to send the final invoice. A notification is then sent to the finance team on Slack to alert them of the new task.
TickTick + Avaza + Google Calendar: When a new task is created in TickTick for a project milestone, a corresponding task is created in Avaza to track time. A Google Calendar event is then created to schedule a team meeting to discuss the milestone.
