Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AWeber, Clockify, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AWeber and Clockify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AWeber and Clockify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AWeber and Clockify
AWeber + Clockify + Google Sheets: When a new subscriber is added to AWeber, a time entry is created in Clockify to track the time spent on related tasks, and the subscriber information along with the time entry details are logged in Google Sheets for campaign performance analysis.
Clockify + AWeber + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Clockify for client work, the automation checks if a certain amount of time has been logged. If the threshold is met, a new subscriber is created in AWeber and a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team to begin email campaign creation.
