Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Awork, Miro, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Awork and Miro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Awork and Miro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Awork and Miro
Awork + Miro + Slack: When a task is updated to 'completed' in Awork, this automation creates a celebration post on a specified Miro board and announces the task completion in a designated Slack channel.
Miro + Awork + Google Sheets: When a new or updated item is detected on a Miro board, this automation creates a task in Awork to address the new idea. Task details, including the Miro item link, are then logged in a Google Sheet.
