Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Awork, Moxie, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Awork and Moxie integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Awork and Moxie (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Awork and Moxie

Awork + Moxie + Slack: When a task is updated to 'completed' in Awork, Moxie can be used to check if the project is also completed. If so, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel notifying the team of the completed project.

Moxie + Awork + Google Sheets: When a new form submission is created in Moxie, the details, including the project status from Awork (identified by searching Awork projects), are logged into a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
