Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Awork and OpenPhone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Awork and OpenPhone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Awork and OpenPhone
Awork + OpenPhone + Slack: When a new task is created in Awork, a text message is sent via OpenPhone to the task assignee. A Slack message is then sent to the project's Slack channel, notifying the team about the new task and its assignee.
OpenPhone + Awork + Google Sheets: When a new call event occurs in OpenPhone, log the call details (e.g., caller number, call duration) in Awork as a new time entry. Subsequently, add a summary of these call details to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
