Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Awork, Wave, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Awork and Wave integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Awork and Wave (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Awork and Wave

Awork + Wave + Slack: When a project is completed in Awork, search for an invoice in Wave. If the invoice exists, send a message to a Slack channel to notify the team about the completed project and related invoice.

Wave + Awork + Airtable: When a new invoice is created in Wave, update the project status in Awork and client details in Airtable. This ensures that project progress and client information are synchronized across all three platforms.
