Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the BambooHR and Cloudinary integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between BambooHR and Cloudinary (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect BambooHR and Cloudinary
Cloudinary + BambooHR + Slack: When a new employee photo is uploaded to Cloudinary, the automation retrieves the employee's information from BambooHR using the image metadata. It then sends a welcome message to a designated Slack channel, including the employee's name and their new profile picture.
Cloudinary + BambooHR + Google Drive: When a new employee is added to BambooHR, the automation uploads their profile picture to Cloudinary. It also creates a backup of the original picture in a designated Google Drive folder, linking the Cloudinary URL in the BambooHR record.
