In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Baserow, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Baserow or Circle will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Baserow or Circle, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Baserow node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Baserow, Circle, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Baserow and Circle integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Baserow and Circle (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Baserow + Circle + Slack: When a new row is created in Baserow about a Circle community member, find that member in Circle and send a Slack message to a designated channel, notifying the team about the new community member.
Circle + Baserow + Airtable: When a new member joins a Circle community, their information is added as a new row in a Baserow database, and then that information is synced to Airtable for reporting and analysis.
