Most powerful ways to connect Baserow and CloudTalk
CloudTalk + Baserow + Slack: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, its details are logged as a new row in Baserow. Subsequently, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel, notifying the team about the new call and prompting follow-up actions.
CloudTalk + Baserow + HubSpot: When a new call is logged in CloudTalk, the details are stored in a Baserow database. The automation checks if the caller exists as a contact in HubSpot. If the contact is not found, a new contact is created in HubSpot with the caller's information.
