Depending on your setup, data should flow between Basin and Confluence (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Basin and Confluence
Basin + Confluence + Slack: When a new form submission is received in Basin, a Confluence page is created to summarize the feedback. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team.
Confluence + Basin + Jira: When a Confluence page is updated, a Basin form is triggered to be sent to the presumed page owner to verify its accuracy. If the form indicates changes are needed, a Jira task is created.
