Depending on your setup, data should flow between Basin and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Basin and Mailhook

Basin + Mailhook + Slack: A new form submission in Basin triggers an email to be forwarded to Mailhook. Mailhook then parses the email and sends a notification to a designated Slack channel with the extracted data.

Mailhook + Basin + Google Sheets: When Mailhook receives an email, it parses the data and submits it to a Basin form. The form submission data is then logged to a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
