Depending on your setup, data should flow between Basin and Volunteero (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Basin and Volunteero
Basin + Slack + Volunteero: When a new form is submitted in Basin, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about a new volunteer registration. This prompts them to verify the volunteer's information in Volunteero.
Volunteero + Basin + Google Sheets: When a new volunteer is created in Volunteero, their information is captured. This triggers a submission to a Basin form, which then saves the volunteer's data into a Google Sheet.
