Depending on your setup, data should flow between Beamer and Canva (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Beamer and Canva
Beamer + Canva + Slack: When a new post is created in Beamer, a design is exported from Canva (ideally a template pre-designed for announcements). A message is then sent to a Slack channel with the Canva design, announcing the new Beamer post.
Canva + Google Drive + Beamer: When a new design is created or updated in Canva, it is saved to a specified folder in Google Drive. The Google Drive file's link is then used to create a new post in Beamer, effectively linking the design to the announcement.
