Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Beamer, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Beamer and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Beamer and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Beamer and TickTick
Beamer + TickTick + Slack: When a new post is created in Beamer, a task is created in TickTick to review the announcement. Once the task is created, a notification is sent to a Slack channel informing the team about the new Beamer post and the corresponding task.
TickTick + Beamer + Email: When a critical task is completed in TickTick, a new announcement is created in Beamer summarizing the completed task. An email is then sent to project stakeholders, notifying them about the Beamer announcement.
