Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bexio and FreeAgent (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Bexio and FreeAgent
Bexio + FreeAgent + Slack: When a new sales invoice is created in Bexio, the flow checks for a corresponding invoice in FreeAgent. If the amounts don't match, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting the team about the discrepancy.
FreeAgent + Bexio + Google Sheets: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent, the flow finds the corresponding invoice in Bexio using the invoice number. The reconciled invoice data (invoice number, amount, customer) from both platforms is then logged into a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
